Groupama Stadium: 35 events and more than 1.2 million spectators hosted in 2022

Groupama Stadium (Décines-Charpieu, Rhône), owned by Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), hosted 35 events and 1,229,866 spectators in 2022, according to OL Groupe on 02/01/2023. 

The stadium hosted 28 matches for OL teams, including five for the women's team in the UEFA Women's Champions League, who were crowned European champions at the end of the 2021-22 season.

Six concerts were also held at Groupama Stadium during the summer of 2022, attracting a total of nearly 320,000 people: Patrick Bruel (singer-songwriter, actor and professional poker player), Soprano (French Comorian rapper), Rammstein (German heavy metal band) twice, and The Rolling Stones (English rock band). The group Indochine (French pop rock and new wave band) also performed at the venue for their 40^th anniversary on 25/06/2022, which enabled the stadium to break its all-time attendance record with 72,561 spectators.
