Serie A TIM: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter accounts of the 20 clubs (January 2023)

The 20 clubs competing in the 2022-23 Serie A TIM total more than 287 million fans on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter, according to data compiled by News Tank Football on 02/01/2023. The Serie A TIM is the third most followed European Top 5 league on these four social networks combined, behind the Premier League (nearly 790 million followers) and LaLiga Santander (nearly 687 million), with an average of 14.3 million fans per club.

Juventus FC, who have more than 125 million followers in total, 44% of which are on Instagram alone, are the most popular Italian club ahead of AC Milan (57 million) and FC Inter Milan (50 million).

Juventus posted the best growth in absolute value during the month of December 2022 with 2 million additional followers in total, 70% of which were on TikTok alone.

Empoli FC experienced the best percentage growth among the Serie A TIM clubs on TikTok (+56.7%), while US Salernitana 1919 posted the best growth on each of the other three platforms: +30.2% on Instagram, +27.8% on Twitter and +16.8% on Facebook.
