France/FFF: "The federal assembly may terminate ExCo mandate before its normal term" (statutes)

"The federal assembly may terminate the mandate of the executive committee before its normal term, by a motivated decision and in compliance with a contradictory procedure," states article 12 of the FFF Statutes (document available to download, in French).

This exceptional procedure constitutes a possible way out of the crisis at a time when Noël Le Graët, president of the Fédération Française de Football, has convened the FFF executive committee (14 members, see composition below) for an extraordinary session this Wednesday 11/01/2023 at 11:00 CET, three days after the comments he made about Zinedine Zidane ("He does what he wants, it's not my business. I don't give a damn, he can go wherever he wants! I wouldn't even have picked up the phone...") before apologising the next day.
