Paris 2024: SCC (IT), official supporter for the supply of IT equipment

SCC France, a national subsidiary of the British group specialised in the digital transformation of companies, has become an official supporter of the Paris 2024 Olympic Organising Committee on 10/01/2023.

SCC (Specialist Computer Company) will be responsible for managing "the procurement and supply of IT, audio-visual, reprographic and mobile equipment, including some of the IOC's TOP Partner products, as well as the associated delivery, installation and maintenance services."

"SCC France will also ensure the recovery of all equipment by guaranteeing it a second life after the event, contributing to the organising committee's ambitions in terms of digital responsibility and the circular economy. At the end of the Games, SCC will take back the equipment used for Paris 2024 thanks to one of its subsidiaries, an adapted company employing more than 65% of people with disabilities, and will thus ensure the recovery and processing of the equipment for reconditioning or recycling," explained the subsidiary, which has 3,300 employees across 14 branches in France (6,000 public and private…
