esports: Nike succeeds Kelme as equipment supplier of Koi (ESP, joint venture with Rogue) from 2023

Nike will become the equipment supplier of the Spanish esports team Koi from the 2023 season, according to the organisation co-founded in 2021 by streamer Ibai Llanos and the Kosmos investment group owned by Gerard Piqué, on 11/01/2023.

"As part of this partnership, Nike will be the exclusive clothing partner for the Koi, providing them with the latest in performance gear," said the Barcelona club, which presented a Koi x Nike collection for the occasion, which includes the team's jersey for 2023.

The American manufacturer succeeds the Spanish brand Kelme, which supplied Koi's kits during its first two years (2021-2022). Nike was previously absent from the LEC, the EMEA regional League of Legends championship organised by Riot Games, since the end of its partnership with SK Gaming (GER) at the end of the 2021 season.
