Bundesliga: Coinbase (crypto), premium partner of Borussia Dortmund from 2022-23

Coinbase, a US-based cryptocurrency trading platform, has become a premium partner (3^rd level) of Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) from the 2022-23 season, announced the club on 19/01/2023. The agreement was negotiated by the marketing agency Sportfive.

As part of the agreement, "the Coinbase brand will not only be seen through perimeter advertising at the Signal Iduna Park (Dortmund, GER), but also through digital advertising and activations for and with BVB fans on social media and digital channels. The sponsorship goes far beyond the pitch, as Coinbase provided a crypto education session to BVB employees across a range of departments. Coinbase will bring fans closer to the club through a hospitality sweepstakes set to launch in February 2023," said the German club.
