IMG: agreement with Channel 4 to produce the coverage of England matches extended (2023-2024)

IMG has extended its agreement with the British public broadcaster Channel 4 to produce live coverage of England men's national team matches over the 2023-2024 period, announced Endeavor, the group's media and marketing rights agency, on 26/01/2023.

As part of the new agreement, IMG will produce the live match feed and highlights programmes for the next 14 matches of the Three Lions, to which Channel 4 holds the rights until 2024. IMG had previously entered into an agreement to produce Channel 4's live coverage of the 2022-23 Nations League matches on 01/06/2022.

Channel 4 has acquired the exclusive live broadcasting rights, in the UK, for England's men national team matches until 2024, on 29/04/2022. These rights include a total of 20 matches: all six of England's group matches in the 2022 Nations League,  as well as all of England's Euro 2024 qualifiers and international friendlies.

• The new agreement will start with the match between Italy and England, on Machday 1 of the Euro 2024 qualifiers (group C), on 23/03/2023.
