FFF: "N. Le Graët no longer has the legitimacy to administer and represent French football" (IGÉSR)

"The mission (of the General Inspectorate for Education, Sport and Research, IGÉSR) considers that, given his behaviour towards women, his public statements and the failings in the governance of the Fédération Française de Football, Mr Le Graët no longer has the legitimacy to administer and represent French football," states a report by the three IGÉSR inspectors on the "control of the FFF's management and compliance with its obligations", submitted on 30/01/2023 to Philippe Diallo, the FFF's interim president, and Amélie Oudéa-Castéra, French Minister for Sport and the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Noël Le Graët, who withdrew from his duties as president of the Federation on 11/01/2023, and Florence Hardouin, general manager, who was suspended on the same day, also received the IGÉSR's report, but each with a different version focusing more closely on what they were individually accused of.
