UEFA: Expedia (travel operator) extends Champions League partnership until the end of 2023-24

Expedia Group, an American online travel booking group (flights, accommodation, car rental, etc.), has extended its partnership with UEFA for the Champions League until the end of the 2023-24 season, announced the body on 01/02/2023. The agreement was negotiated by the Swiss agency TEAM Marketing.

The group, which operates the partnership through its Expedia brand, has been involved in the competition since the 2021-22 season. As part of the renewal, the company has signed two new agreements for the period: Expedia becomes a regional sponsor of the Champions League in the USA as well as an official supplier in the UK, Germany and France, and will in this capacity make its 'Expedia Live' platform available to fans, which will allow them to "book accommodation, when planning to visit cities during away matches," said UEFA.
