Paris 2024: CMA CGM (shipping company), official logistics solutions partner of the Olympic Games

CMA CGM, a shipping company based in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône, FRA), has become the "official logistics solutions partner" of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organising Committee, announced the company on 03/02/2023.

As part of this partnership, CMA CGM, which signed its first sports sponsorship agreement with Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), for which it will become the main shirt sponsor for the 2023-2025 cycle, will:
• "handle the transport and logistics for all the goods, equipment and materials required for the event's success at the Olympic and Paralympic venues;
• organise all the international transport and customs brokerage activities;
• provide and operate the requisite logistics facilities for Paris 2024;
• operate road and river transport and logistics services at the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues, in metropolitan France and French overseas territories," said the shipping company, which will offer "low-carbon, energy-efficient logistics solutions" for this purpose.
