Women's football: partnership between OL (D1 Arkema), OL Reign (NWSL) & Club América (Mexico)

Olympique Lyonnais (D1 Arkema), OL Reign (NWSL) and Club América (Mexico) have entered into a "partnership for women's soccer on an international level" for a period of three years, announced the three parties on 07/02/2023.

This collaboration between Olympique Lyonnais, its American women's football franchise and the Mexican club, which plays in the Mexican women's first division, will be based on three axes:
• The first will be to develop a "sharing of knowledge and skills between the various staffs of the three clubs, exchanges of information on recruitment, scouting networks and the organisation of friendly games." A first friendly is planned between OL Reign and Club América at the Starfire complex (Seattle, Washington State, USA) on 25/02/2023.
• The second "will be set up between the academies, embodied by exchanges on the organization of the structures, the strategies and the techniques of training between the educational teams, immersion courses and invitations on the youth tournaments."
