With an additional 1.3 million Facebook fans in October 2014 (+6% compared to September 2014), FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) had the highest growth rate of the European top 20 clubs on the social network.

The Bavarian club, with 23.4 million fans, passed AC Milan (Serie A TIM, 23.3 million "likes") and is now the 7th most followed European club on Facebook. Two Bundesliga clubs are among the European top 20: FC Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund (13th with 11.1 million fans).
