AS Monaco: resignation of Oleg Petrov, vice-president of the board of directors since February 2019

"Dmitry Rybolovlev (RUS), president of AS Monaco FC (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), has accepted the resignation of Mr. Oleg Petrov (RUS), who held the position of vice-president of the board of directors and club representative at the European Club Association (ECA)," announced the club on 27/02/2023.

Oleg Petrov had joined AS Monaco as CEO and vice-president of the board in February 2019, succeeding his compatriot Vadim Vasilyev. However, he had not held the position of CEO since the appointment of Jean-Emmanuel de Witt (FRA) in May 2022, who was eventually replaced by Ben Lambrecht (BEL) in December 2022. In September 2022, Oleg Petrov became CEO of Fedcom Media, a subsidiary of the Russian commodity trading company (sulphur, fertiliser, grain), holder of the broadcasting rights for Turkish Airlines Euroleague and 7Days EuroCup games.
