"I really hope that he (Noël Le Graët) will put the interest of the Federation before his personal interest. We will see tomorrow (Tuesday 28/02/2023) what happens, but I am hopeful. He is a good person who has realised that the Federation could, in the light of what is happening at the moment, be heavily penalised. So, I don't think he will add a personal problem to the Federation's problem, which for him comes first. Noël wants to put the FFF's interests before his own," said Jean-Michel Aulas, president of Olympique Lyonnais and member of the Fédération Française de Football's executive committee, to the Sports daily L'Equipe on 27/02/2023.

The FFF executive committee (14 members reduced to 13 after the resignation of Jamel Sandjak on 23/02/2023) will meet today, Tuesday 28/02/2023, to decide on whether Noël Le Graët's role as president of the FFF should continue, a position that the Breton has held since 18/06/2011.
