La chaine L'Équipe posted an audience share of 1.81% in February 2023, the "best month ever" for the French free DTT channel, according to data from the audience measurement institute Médiamétrie communicated by the channel on 27/02/2023.

The channel notably broadcast the Biathlon World Championships (from Wednesday 08 to Sunday 19/02/2023), the Super Bowl 2023 (on Monday 13/02/2023), the LNB Leaders Cup (from Friday 17 to Sunday 19/02/2023) and the 2023 Judo Grand Slam Paris (from Saturday 04 to Sunday 05/02/2023). "In total, 35.5 million French people watched La chaine L'Équipe," said the channel.

"L'Équipe also recorded the second best month in its history among its preferred commercial targets of 25-49 year-olds and men aged 25-49, thus achieving the best growth in television over one year for these two targets, all channels combined," added the French channel.
