Rugby/Six Nations 2024: France-Ireland opening match on 02/02/2024, no games at the Stade de France

Six Nations Rugby has announced the 2024 schedule for the Guinness 6 Nations tournament on 28/02/2023. This post-Rugby World Cup 2023 competition (organised in France from 08/09 to 28/10/2023) will start with France - Ireland on Friday 02/02 and will end with France - England on Saturday 16/03/2024.

France will travel to Scotland on 10/02, host Italy on 25/02 and play Wales on home soil on 10/03/2024.

France's three home matches (Ireland, Italy and England) will not be played at the Stade de France (77,083 capacity). No football or rugby matches or concerts will be held at the Saint-Denis (Paris, FRA) venue from 01/12/2023 until the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Stade de France must undergo compliance, modernisation and transformation work prior to the Games.
