Arsenal FC: a solution to improve the fan experience for deaf & hard of hearing supporters

Arsenal FC (Premier League) has been implementing a multi-service solution to improve the experience of deaf and hard-of-hearing fans at the Emirates Stadium (London, England) since 04/03/2023, according to the English club on 03/03/2023.

The initiative, launched in conjunction with Level Playing Field's #UniteForAccess campaign, includes:
• entertainment, videos and content presented at the stadium in British Sign Language (BSL) by an interpreter
• a dedicated route with BSL description for the stadium tour
• a physical ticket office equipped with a hearing loop system for deaf and hard of hearing supporters
• lifts with visual floor indicators, an audio announcer and hearing loops
• a communication channel with the club's commercial department via the Arsenal website, with a BSL interpreter.
