DAZN: "DAZN Rise" a channel dedicated to women's sports to launch in Germany & Austria on 16/03/2023

The OTT sports platform DAZN will launch the FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming TV) channel "DAZN Rise" dedicated to women's sports in Germany and Austria on 16/03/2023, announced the company on 07/03/2023. The channel will be available on Samsung TV Plus (free-TV service) and the Waipu.tv platform.

The channel will broadcast matches from women's competitions to which DAZN holds the rights in these territories, including the Women's Champions League (2021-2025), Flyeralarm Frauen-Bundesliga (2023-2027), D1 Arkema, Finetwork Liga F (2022-2027) and the EHF women's club competitions (2020-2030).

This is the third FAST channel launched by the platform in these territories, following the launch of DAZN FAST and DAZN FAST+ in December 2022. These channels will broadcast matches from competitions for which DAZN holds the rights in Germany and Austria (including the Champions League, LaLiga Santander, Serie A TIM and Ligue 1 Uber Eats) as well as various programmes (documentaries, shows, highlights).
