• Qatar Sports Investments, owner of Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), is reportedly considering investing €9m to become a majority shareholder in Malaga CF (LaLiga SmartBank).
• The Indian streaming platform FanCode has acquired the exclusive broadcasting rights, in India, to the Barclays Women's Super League for the remainder of the 2022-23 season and the 2023-24 season.
• 33 Crystal Palace FC (Premier League) fans took part in the club's x-challenge, which consisted of cycling to Aston Villa FC's stadium to watch the game between the two clubs. The 225-kilometre ride raised £43,000 (€49,000) for the Crystal Palace Foundation.
• Gianni Infantino, president of FIFA, and Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda, were present at the inauguration of the Pelé Stadium in Kigali, the host city of the 73^rd FIFA Congress.
