Spain: launch of "LaLiga Summer Tour", a club tour of the USA & Mexico in summer 2023

LaLiga has launched 'LaLiga Summer Tour', a tour that will see several of its clubs travel to the United States and Mexico in the summer of 2023, announced the Spanish professional football league on 16/03/2023.

The tour, which will take place in the first week of August 2023, will be organised and promoted by American promoter and media company Relevent Sports with the support of LaLiga North America, the Spanish league's subsidiary dedicated to promoting football across the Atlantic. The participating clubs and host cities have not yet been revealed, as of 20/03/2023. The tour's matches will be broadcast and produced by Sky Mexico and ESPN, LaLiga's official broadcasters in Mexico and the United States.

"LaLiga Summer Tour will make its first stop in 2023 in the United States and Mexico, with the participation of four legendary LaLiga clubs. This tour continues the strategy that LaLiga North America has been undertaking since 2018, to develop and grow the league, its clubs and competitions in North American markets," added the league.
