2022-23 Women's Champions League: a minimum of €744,000 guaranteed for quarter-finalists

The eight clubs that have qualified for the quarter-finals of the 2022-23 UEFA Women's Champions League, which kicks off on Tuesday 21/03/2023, will each receive a minimum of €744,000 from UEFA.

In the event of elimination, Olympique Lyonnais (D1 Arkema) would receive a minimum of €744,000, while AS Roma (Serie A TimVision) would receive €957,000. This difference can be explained by the superior sporting performance of the Roman club so far, as well as by the higher revenues received during the two qualifying rounds (compared to one for Paris Saint-Germain for example).

UEFA has pledged a minimum of €24m to clubs participating in the 2022-23 Women's Champions League:
• €11.5m (48%) to participating clubs from the group stage;
• €7m (29%) to clubs that took part in the qualifying phase;
• approximately €5.5m (23%) to the member associations that entered at least one club in the competition, an amount to be divided equally between the clubs in their respective women's domestic first divisions (excluding clubs in the group stage of the current edition).
