2022-23 Women's Champions League: 20 million views on YouTube before the quarter-finals

DAZN's YouTube channel dedicated to the UEFA Women's Champions League has accumulated more than 20 million views during the 2022-23 group stage, announced the OTT sports platform on 20/03/2023. The matches also generated several million streams on the platform, according to DAZN.

This number of views is up 42% compared to the 2021-22 season when 14 million views were recorded during the group stage on DAZN's YouTube channel.

DAZN acquired the global broadcast rights (excluding MENA and China) to the competition for the 2021-2025 cycle, as well as the host broadcasting duties for the competition on 30/06/2021. DAZN has also entered into a partnership with YouTube to broadcast the Women's Champions League free of charge across all territories covered.

During the first two seasons of the cycle (2021-2023), fans can watch all 61 matches (from the group stage onwards) live and on-demand on DAZN, and for free on the platform's YouTube channel.
