FFF: Volkswagen (car manufacturer), major partner of the Federation since 2014, extends until 2026

The German car manufacturer Volkswagen has extended its partnership with the Fédération Française de Football (FFF) for three years, until the 2026 World Cup, announced the body on 24/03/2023. The German brand has been involved with the French Football Federation since 01/08/2014, and the renewed agreement covers the men's, women's and youth national teams, as well as amateur football and the FFF's esports team.

As the FFF's "major ecomobility partner", Volkswagen will continue to make its range of 100% electric ID vehicles available to the body, and "will concretely contribute to the development of fleets of electrified vehicles and the installation of charging points within clubs, leagues and districts through the FFF's Amateur Football Aid Fund (FAFA). Fifty-six charging points have already been installed at clubs and the FFF, notably at the National Football Centre in Clairefontaine (Yvelines, FRA)," explained the Federation.
