UEFA: launch of a request for proposals for the provision of anti-piracy services in April 2023

UEFA will launch a request for proposals (RFP) "on or around 03/04/2023" in order to "appoint one or more service providers" to assist the body in the fight "all forms of internet piracy," announced the body on 28/03/2023.

"UEFA shall shortly launch its RFP process under which it intends to appoint one or more service providers to provide:
• monitoring and enforcement services in respect of all common forms of Internet piracy across the Internet (including on social media platforms);
• specific assistance in relation to certain so-called 'blocking orders' obtained by UEFA;
• proposals in respect of the provision of other expertise and services which are ancillary to the 'core' services mentioned in the first bullet above."

"Organisations wishing to participate in the RFP process are kindly asked to register their interest as soon as possible by sending an email with their full company and contact details to antipiracy@uefa.ch no later than 24 hours prior to the aforementioned time and date (03/04/2023 at 12:00 CET).
