Italy: TIM (telecommunications) renews as a partner of the FIGC's national teams from 2023

Telecom Italia (TIM), an Italian telecommunications operator, has renewed its partnership with the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio from 2023, announced the Italian Federation on 03/04/2023. The agreement covers all of the FIGC's national teams: men's, women's, youth, futsal, beach soccer and esports.

TIM has the status of "top partner", the second level in the body's sponsorship hierarchy, alongside Telepass, the company in charge of operating the electronic toll systems on Italian motorways, Eni, an Italian oil and gas company, and Poste Italiane, the Italian public postal services company. The telecommunications operator has been involved with the FIGC since 1999, and is also the title sponsor of the Serie A Femminile TIM (women's first division) and of "all the men's, women's and futsal championships organised by the Federation's youth and school division (U13 and U18)."

In Italy, TIM has also been the title sponsor of Serie A TIM since 1997-98 and until 2023-24, under an agreement with the Lega Serie A renewed for three seasons on 07/06/2021, and with an annual allocation…
