UEFA: approval of the Annual Report 2021-22, Financial Report 2021-22 & Budget 2023-24

The UEFA Annual Report 2021-22, the Financial Report 2021-22 and its annex, and the provisional budget for 2023-24 (documents available to download, see below) were all approved at the European body's 47^th Ordinary Congress in Lisbon (POR) on 05/04/2023.

UEFA posted €4,051.6m in revenue for the financial year 2021-22 - the first time the €4bn mark has been exceeded in a season without a European Football Championship, according to the Confederation's Financial Report 2021-22.

European club competitions provided 89.2% of 2021-22 revenues (€3,614.4m) and competitions between national teams 9.7% (€391.2m).

The addition of the Europa Conference League to the calendar, alongside the Champions League and Europa League, brought the possibility of European football to more teams across the continent than ever before. The new cycle of club competitions increased revenue by 15%," said UEFA in its Annual Report
