Olympique Lyonnais: Noco replaces back shirt sponsor OOGarden, which was placed into receivership

Noco, an American manufacturer of automotive battery and charging devices, has been a major partner (2^nd level) and a back shirt sponsor of Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) since their match against FC Nantes (1-1, Matchday 28) on 17/03/2023, as confirmed by the club to News Tank on 13/04/2023. This agreement initially covers the remainder of the 2022-23 season.

The Glenwillow (Ohio) based company has replaced OOGarden, a French e-commerce platform for gardening products, which had become a partner of OL for three seasons (2021-2024) on 17/09/2021, as part of an agreement negotiated by Sportfive, the club's marketing agency.

The Auvergne Rhône-Alpes-based company was placed into receivership by the Commercial Court of Lyon (Rhône) on 27/12/2022 after being declared in suspension of payments on 09/12/2022. "We are in talks with OOGarden regarding the continuation of their partnership. Depending on the agreements that will be found, we will make a decision for next season," said the club.
