NBA/Poland: Canal+ extends its exclusive broadcasting rights for two additional seasons (2023-2025)

The pay and free TV group Canal+ has extended its exclusive broadcasting rights, in Poland, to the National Basketball Association for two additional seasons over the 2023-2025 cycle, announced the group on 13/04/2023.

"Canal+ Polska will air more than 160 live NBA games and the league's marquee events across its channels each season, including Canal+ online. Canal+ will continue to air weekend games in primetime as part of the league's 'NBA Saturdays and NBA Sundays presented by NBA 2K23' primetime initiative, which features games starting as early as 21:00 Polish Time. Live coverage will also include the Play-In Tournament, the NBA Playoffs, the Conference Finals, and the Finals," explained the group.

Canal+ has held the rights to broadcast the NBA in Poland for "over 20 years", and had previously extended its rights in this territory for two seasons in July 2021.
