Serie A TIM: Lina Souloukou (GRE) named CEO & general manager of AS Roma

Greek Lina Souloukou has been appointed as CEO and general manager of AS Roma (Serie A TIM), announced the Italian club on 18/04/2023.

"After studying Law specialising in Sports Law, she began her career in football where she has been working for over 15 years. In 2018 she was appointed CEO of Olympiacos FC (Super League Greece), a role she held until June 2022. In 2019 she was appointed as a member of ECA's executive board, a position that she still holds today," said AS Roma. Souloukou succeeds Pietro Berardi, who was dismissed by the club "with immediate effect" on Monday 17/04/2023, as part of an investigation into potential financial irregularities in transfer deals, according to numerous media sources.

"Lina is an experienced, respected and trusted leader in both football and business and we are delighted to welcome her into the AS Roma family.
