FIFA: Team Global Express (logistics), "official supporter" of the Women's World Cup 2023

Team Global Express, an Australian logistics company, has become an "official supporter" of the Women's World Cup 2023, announced FIFA on 17/04/2023. The competition will be held from 20/07 to 20/08/2023 in Australia and New Zealand.

Team Global Express has been appointed "official logistics services provider" in the nine host cities of the competition. "Team Global Express' efforts towards sustainability were essential in being selected as a provider for the Women's World Cup," said FIFA.

"Team Global Express recently announced a partnership to deliver Australia's largest heavy electric vehicle fleet. The ground-breaking trial involves the purchase of 60 large battery electric vehicles and the development of charging infrastructure using renewable energy. This was followed by the decision to partner with Australia's largest rail freight provider to significantly improve Australia's rail freight capacity and choice for more greener options to deliver important freight across the country," explained the body.
