2022-23 Ligue 1 Uber Eats: 3 clubs own their stadiums while the others pay an average rent of €1.3m

• Three clubs participating in the 2020-23 Ligue 1 Uber Eats season are owners of their stadiums: Olympique Lyonnais (Groupama Stadium), AJ Auxerre (Stade de l'Abbé-Deschamps) and AC Ajaccio (Stade François-Coty).
• 16 of the 20 Ligue 1 stadiums are owned by local authorities, the last one (Stade Louis-II) belongs to the Principality of Monaco.
• Three clubs occupy their stadium under a public-private partnership (PPP): Olympique de Marseille (Stade Orange Vélodrome), LOSC Lille (Decathlon Arena - Stade Pierre-Mauroy) and OGC Nice (Allianz Riviera).
• Three clubs benefit from an administrative long lease (BEA): Paris Saint-Germain (Parc des Princes), RC Lens (Stade Bollaert-Delelis) and Angers SCO (Stade Raymond-Kopa).
• The fixed part of the annual rent paid by the non-owner clubs is on average €1.3m.
• Four stadiums are subject to a naming contract, with an average annual allocation of €2.9m.
