FFF: Jean-François Vilotte, the Federation's new general manager, to assume his position "shortly"

Jean-François Vilotte will be joining the Fédération Française de Football as general manager "shortly," according to the FFF on 21/04/2023.

"A lawyer at the Paris bar and former senior civil servant, Jean-François Vilotte has previously held positions of responsibility within the administration of the French State and the City of Paris, as director of the cabinet of the Minister of Sports and then of Youth, Sports and Community Life (2002-2006) and as director general of the French Tennis Federation (2007-2009 and 2018-2021)," said the FFF regarding the successor to Florence Hardouin, who was suspended from work on a precautionary basis on 11/01/2023 and is currently in the process of being dismissed.

"Jean-François Vilotte also chaired the ARJEL, the independent administrative authority for the regulation of online games (2010-2014), and led international expert missions for UNESCO in the evaluation of public policies in the fight against doping," added the Federation.
