RC Lens/UNICEF: 3^rd edition of the "Heroes' Match" Tuesday 06/06/2023 at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis

"On 06/06/2023, Team UNICEF personalities and RC Lens legends will face each other on the pitch of the Stade Bollaert-Delelis (Lens, FRA) for a charity match, aimed at raising funds for UNICEF's emergency programmes and the Racing Coeur de Lens foundation," announced RC Lens (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) on 23/04/2023.

This is the third edition of the "Match des Héros" (Heroes' Match) after those organised at the Stade Orange Vélodrome (Marseille, FRA) in 2021 and at the Groupama Stadium (Décines-Charpieu, FRA) in 2022, which respectively raised €427,250 (for UNICEF's education programmes in the Ivory Coast) and €482,490 (for UNICEF's emergency response to the children and families affected by the conflict in Ukraine).

"This year, the majority of the funds raised, through ticket sales as well as donations made during the event, will support UNICEF's emergency relief fund.
