• 17/20 of the 2022-23 Premier League clubs own their stadiums.
• Three stadiums are owned by local authorities: West Ham United FC's London Stadium (London Legacy Development Corporation, part of the City of London), Manchester City FC's Etihad Stadium (City of Manchester), and Newcastle United FC's St James' Park (City of Newcastle).
• The fixed part of the annual rent paid by these three non-owner clubs is an average of £2.9m (€3.3m).
• Six stadiums are subject to a naming rights agreement, worth an estimated average of £6.5m (€7.2m) per year.
