DFL: decision on a strategic partnership with a potential investor fixed for 24/05/2023

"The executive committee of the DFL e.V. (association on which the German League is based) and the supervisory board of the DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH (commercial structure) unanimously decided at a joint meeting on Tuesday to continue the process regarding a strategic partnership at league level and to submit the key points of a partnership to the 36 professional clubs for decision at an extraordinary general assembly of the DFL on 24/05/2023," announced the DFL on 25/04/2023.

"Provisional indicative offers from several interested parties were received yesterday, Monday. The first economic elements were presented to the authorities. They have adopted criteria for the detailed evaluation and selection of a strategic partner, with a reduction in the number of bids to three in the next stage," explained the German League.
