FC Barcelona (Liga BBVA) has the most visited museum dedicated to football in the world with 1.51 million visitors in 2013. It is also the fourth most visited museum in Spain, and generated more than €25m in ticketing revenue in 2013.

49 museums dedicated to football have been identified in Europe by News Tank Football on 30/09/2014 (43 are installed inside or next stadiums). The median number of annual visitors is 30,000 people. The average admission price is €6.30 of the 43 European clubs who have a museum (69.8%) propose a combined offer consisting of the museum plus a tour of the club's stadium. The average price of this combined offer is €12.
