Piracy: creation of the ACE Sports Piracy Task Force in collaboration with DAZN & beIN Media Group

The Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), a global anti-piracy coalition, in collaboration with the OTT sports platform DAZN and Qatari pay-TV company beIN Media Group, has established the "ACE Sports Piracy Task Force", dedicated to combating sports piracy, on 09/05/2023.

"The task force will further enhance and coordinate ACE's efforts to target sports piracy operations and, working with law enforcement and other partners, pursue enforcement actions that disrupt and shut them down," said the Alliance. DAZN joined the ACE at the same time as the creation of this task force. beIN Media Group joined the alliance on 26/04/2022.

Among its 53 members, the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment includes Canal+ (pay and free-TV), Amazon (e-commerce), France Télévisions (public broadcasting group), Sky (pay-TV), Fox (pay and free-TV) and Netflix (streaming).
