OL Groupe: terms for the departure of J-M. Aulas, who will receive €10m in compensation

• €10m (excluding VAT) paid by OL Groupe to Holnest (Jean-Michel Aulas' family holding company)
• the appointment of Jean-Michel Aulas as honorary president of OL Groupe
• Jean-Michel Aulas' resignation from all his offices within OL Groupe
• benefits in kind: a box at the Groupama Stadium, reimbursement of professional expenses related to his activities within OL Groupe and a company car
• the acquisition by OL Groupe, within a period of three months from 10/05/2023, of one third of the OL Groupe shares to be issued to Holnest for the reimbursement of its osranes, i.e. a total of €14.4m
• the maintenance of Jean-Michel Aulas and Holnest as directors of OL Groupe as long as Holnest holds a minimum stake in OL Groupe's capital and voting rights.

These are the main terms of the agreement reached between the holding company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) and its former president Jean-Michel Aulas on 11/05/2023 following the announcement of the latter's "cessation of functions" at the club on 05/05/2023.
