OL Groupe: €202.7m in revenue from activities over first 9 months of financial year 2022-23 (+5%)

OL Groupe posted revenues from activities of €202.7m in the third quarter of the 2022-23 financial year (from 01/07/2022 to 31/03/2023), an increase of 5% compared to the same nine-month period in 2021-22 (€193.5m), announced the holding company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) on 11/05/2023. Excluding player trading, turnover amounted to €125.1m (+12%).

This increase is linked in particular to receiving €16.5m in August 2022 as part of the agreement between the LFP and US investment fund CVC Capital Partners, as well as a 102% increase in revenue from events held at Groupama Stadium (+€4.8m compared to the same period in 2021-22).

"OL Groupe is set to receive additional payments tied to the LFP/CVC transaction: €23.5m in July 2023 and €50m in 2023-24, provided the planned transactions between the LFP and CVC Capital Partners are completed," said the group.
