Sky: creation of an online store with Fanatics (USA) for the sale of licensed products

The pay-TV operator Sky has created, in collaboration with the US manufacturer and distributor of licensed sports products Fanatics, the "Fanatics powered by Sky Sports" online shop for the sale of the US brand's licensed products, announced the company on 12/05/2023.

"The new online merchandise shop is a first for Sky Sports, as well as Fanatics' first partnership with a European broadcaster, and will give fans access to Fanatics' industry-leading range of licensed products from over 900 of the largest sporting organisations such as Premier League football, Formula One, NFL, NBA, cricket and more. As part of the deal, Fanatics will also have the opportunity to create Sky Sports-branded products in the future," said the operator.

The e-commerce platform will be available in Sky's European markets in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy.
