Bundesliga: leaders of Signal Iduna and Puma join the Borussia Dortmund supervisory board

Ulrich Leitermann, president of the German insurer Signal Iduna, and Björn Gulden, CEO of the German sport equipment brand Puma, have been appointed members of the Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) supervisory board at the general meeting of the club on 24/11/2014.

Puma, the kit supplier of Borussia Dortmund, became a shareholder with 5% of the club's capital on 16/09/2014. Signal Iduna, which holds the stadium naming rights of the club (Signal Iduna Park, capacity 80,700) until the end of the 2025-26 season, acquired 5.43% share of the club's capital on the same day.
