England/women's football: 77,390 spectators for the FA Cup final, a domestic club competition record

77,390 spectators were present at Wembley Stadium (90,000 capacity) in London (ENG) for the 2023 Vitality Women's FA Cup final which saw Chelsea FC (Barclays Women's Super League) win 1-0 versus Manchester United FC on Sunday 14/05/2023. This is a record for a domestic club competition.

The previous record in England was the FA Cup final between Chelsea FC and Manchester City FC (3-2) on 15/05/2022, with 49,094 spectators at Wembley. In terms of international competitions, the 2022 UEFA Women's Euro final (England's 2-1 win over Germany) reached 87,192 spectators, again at Wembley Stadium, on 31/07/2022.

The all-time record for a women's football match remains the 2021-22 Women's Champions League quarter-final second leg between FC Barcelona (Finetwork Liga F) and Real Madrid CF, which was attended by 91,553 spectators at the Camp Nou (Barcelona, ESP) on 30/03/2022.
