"After four months of regular season, the eLigue 1 Uber Eats (the LFP's official esports competition played on EA Sports' FIFA 23 football video game) starts its playoffs on 16/05/2023 on the Ligue 1 Uber Eats Twitch channel," announced the Ligue de Football Professionnel the same day.

"Six clubs have qualified for the final stages of the season. Olympique de Marseille, represented by Diogo Peixoto, Leandro Peixoto and Samy Bakhti, and Paris Saint-Germain with Ilias El Rhazzaz and Amar Abdoulfatah, ranked first and second respectively in the regular season, have directly qualified for the semi-finals. FC Lorient, FC Nantes, LOSC Lille and Clermont Foot 63, ranked third to sixth in the regular season, will compete in the quarter-finals in the hope of reaching the semi-finals," said the body.
