2022-23 Women's Champions League Final: DAZN sublicenses rights to the EBU for 12 member countries

The OTT sports platform DAZN has sublicensed the live broadcasting rights to the 2022-23 Women's Champions League final between FC Barcelona (Finetwork Liga F) and VfL Wolfsburg (Flyeralarm Frauen-Bundesliga) to 12 members of the European Broadcasting Union, announced the EBU on 24/05/2023.

The agreement concerns the public broadcasting groups ORF (Austria), HRT (Croatia), ZDF (Germany), NOS (Netherlands), RTÉ (Ireland), RTS (Serbia), SVT (Sweden) as well as the national public TV channel RUV (Iceland) and the public TV groups RTBF (Belgium), YLE (Finland), TVP (Poland) and SRG (Switzerland). "In Sweden, SVT will share coverage with commercial broadcaster TV4 (a private free TV company), in a deal brokered by the EBU," explained the Union.

The final will also be broadcast live on DAZN and on DAZN's dedicated Women's Champions League YouTube channel (621,000 subscribers as of 24/05/2023). It will be played at the Philips Stadion in Eindhoven (NED) on Saturday 03/06/2023 (kick-off 16:00 CET).
