2022-23 Barclays Women's Super League: Chelsea crowned English champions for 4^th consecutive season

Chelsea FC's women's team have been crowned 2022-23 Barclays Women's Super League champions after a 3-0 victory over Reading FC Women on Matchday 22, the final matchday of the season, on Saturday 27/05/2023. The London club have 58 points, two more than Manchester United WFC (2^nd, 56 points).

This is Chelsea's fourth consecutive Premier League title after those of 2020, 2021 and 2022, and their sixth in total, making them the most successful club ahead of Arsenal FC (3 titles) and Liverpool FC (2).

In terms of sponsorship, the women's team has the same main shirt sponsor as the men's team, Three (telecoms). The club has a dedicated account for its women's team on Instagram (3.7 million fans as of 30/05/2023), Facebook (4.1 million likes) and Twitter (851,250 followers), for a total of 8.9 million followers.
