Switzerland: €665m in revenues and €35m in taxes in the Raiffeisen Super League in 2013-14

The ten clubs in the Raiffeisen Super League (Swiss 1st division) achieved a turnover of €665m in the 2013-14 season, according to a study by the consulting firm Rütter Soceco for the SFL (Swiss Football League, organiser of the division) and published on 11/11/2014. 70% of this total comes from the cantons where the clubs play, indicated the SFL.

This revenue allowed the Swiss 1st division to generate 3,300 direct and indirect jobs, according to the study. Swiss clubs create 1420 direct jobs in their districts and paid €35m in taxes in 2013-14.
