Switzerland: €665m in revenues and €35m in taxes in the Raiffeisen Super League in 2013-14

The ten clubs in the Raiffeisen Super League (Swiss 1^st division) achieved a turnover of €665m in the 2013-14 season, according to a study by the consulting firm Rütter Soceco for the SFL (Swiss Football League, organiser of the division) and published on 11/11/2014. 70% of this total comes from the cantons where the clubs play, indicated the SFL.

This revenue allowed the Swiss 1^st division to generate 3,300 direct and indirect jobs, according to the study. Swiss clubs create 1420 direct jobs in their districts and paid €35m in taxes in 2013-14.
