• A €718,240 fine for Juventus FC (Serie A TIM) 
• Fines ranging from €10,000 to €47,000 for the club's current and former directors
• the Turin club's refusal to lodge an appeal following the withdrawal of 10 points from the 2022-23 Serie A TIM standings decided by the FIGC Court of Appeal on 22/05/2023 as part of the appeal ruling in the case concerning transfer capital gains considered to be fictitious and irregular.

This is the result of an agreement between Juventus and the Italian Football Federation's Federal Court announced on 30/05/2023. The agreement was reached in the context of the case of accounting manipulations deemed illegal and denounced by the Italian Financial Markets Authority (Consob/Commissione nazionale per le società e la Borsa) in relation to the club's recent financial years. The allegations included irregularities concerning the accounting treatment of salaries and the costs of 'cross-transfers' between clubs.
