Forbes 2023: Real Madrid the most valuable club ($6.07bn), ahead of Manchester United & FC Barcelona

With an estimated valuation of $6.07bn (€5.68bn excluding real estate), Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) is the world's most valuable football club in 2023, according to a ranking published by the American business magazine Forbes on 31/05/2023.

The Madrid club's valuation has risen by 19% compared with 2022, due in particular to the contract signed with Sixth Street and Legends as part of a 20-year agreement to increase revenue from the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, whose renovation is due to be completed in 2024. This puts Real ahead of Manchester United FC (Premier League), third in the table in 2022, valued at $6bn (€5.61bn; +30%). FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander), runner-up in the previous edition, complete the podium with a valuation estimated at $5.51bn (€5.15bn; +10%).

Only four of the European Top 5 leagues have at least one representative among the top ten most valuable clubs.
