Marshall Glickman will step down as acting CEO of EuroLeague Basketball when his contract expires on 31/07/2023, announced the European body on 05/06/2023.

"The Euroleague Commercial Assets' board of directors will reconvene in the next two weeks to discuss his potential future role in an advisory capacity and the next steps to retain a new CEO for the organization," said Euroleague.

Marshall Glickman, founder of G2 Strategic, an agency that has been "advising Euroleague Basketball for 20 years" and former president of the Portland Trail Blazers (NBA), was appointed acting CEO, director of its affiliated companies and special adviser to Euroleague Properties (which manages the marketing of Euroleague competitions) on 14/09/2022, when Dejan Bodiroga, a former Serbian basketball player, was appointed EuroLeague president. The Bodiroga - Glickman duo succeeded Jordi Bertomeu, CEO of the body he founded in 2000.
