UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) has assigned the rights to broadcast Euro 2016 (finals in France, from 10/06 to 10/07/2016) to the DR and TV2 television groups in Denmark and Skjarinn in Iceland on 25/11/2014.

DR, the Danish public broadcaster, and the semi-public TV2 group will share the live broadcast of the 51 tournament matches in Denmark. Both groups will also offer a magazine programme and summaries of all matches. The Skjarinn pay-TV group receives the same broadcasting rights for Iceland. This is the first time that Skjarinn has acquired the TV rights to competitions organised by UEFA. The rights are valid for all distribution platforms.
